I figured since it was in a mall, and the chef is all over t.v. (even though we love him), that bobby's burger place was going to more of a let down than anything else. I was very wrong.
I've been eating a lot of burgers lately, and this one was extremely good. I am a sucker for blue cheese after all. I also tried the basic american cheeseburger, and loved it as well. Great menu, well done food.
Stop in at his numerous locaitons.
If you're up for it, get it "crunchified"... that seems to be the thing here (potato chips on the burger itself).
